The Choicer Voicer Voice Packs Guide
Voice Packs determine which characters, clips, captions, and images can appear during normal gameplay. You can install existing packs or create your own with the built-in Voice Pack Editor.
Prepare Audio Clips
Collect the short voice samples you want players to imitate. Voice Pack audio can use WAV, MP3, or OGG files.
Create or Open a Pack
Use the built-in Voice Pack Editor to create a new pack or modify an existing one. The editor provides a structured way to organize the pack and its clips.
Add Characters and Clips
Organize voice clips under the appropriate characters or voices. Each playable entry should point to the audio that will be presented during the game.
Add Captions
Attach text captions to clips so players can read the line while listening and recording. Captions are especially useful when a clip is difficult to understand from audio alone.
Add Images and Icons
Voice Packs can include visual assets such as character images, pack icons, and filler images. These assets are displayed alongside pack content in supported parts of the interface.
Set Tags and Author Information
Add tags to improve content organization and include author information to identify the creator of the pack. Metadata helps larger collections remain manageable.
Keep Clips Suitable for Rounds

The Choicer Voicer Dub Mode Guide
Dub Mode expands the voice-impression system into multi-line scenes. Players record individual performances and then watch those recordings synchronized with an included video.
Choose a Dub Pack
Select a compatible Dub Pack containing the video scene and its associated dialogue data. Dub content is separate from standard Voice Packs because it must coordinate recordings with a timeline.
Select Character Content
Use character filtering to control which roles or dialogue entries are included in the dubbing session. This makes it possible to focus on particular characters within a scene.
Record Each Line
Perform the displayed lines one at a time using your microphone. Each recording is associated with the corresponding point in the Dub Pack's scene.
Use Retakes
Record another attempt when you want to replace a performance. Retakes allow players to improve timing or delivery before watching the finished scene.
Synchronize the Performance
Dub Packs use timing information to place each recorded clip at the correct moment during video playback. Proper timestamps keep dialogue aligned with the scene.
Replay the Dubbed Scene
After recording the required clips, play the scene and hear the new performances inserted over the Dub Pack video in sequence.
